Rudra Motors- Automibile Dealership

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale, delivery, servicing, and customer interactions related to vehicles purchased or serviced at Rudra Motors, an authorized TATA Motors dealership. By engaging with our dealership for purchase or services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Vehicle Booking and Order
  • Booking Confirmation: Vehicle bookings are accepted upon receipt of the prescribed booking amount. This amount is adjustable against the final vehicle price.

  • Provisional Nature: Booking is not a guarantee of vehicle delivery within a fixed period. Delivery is subject to availability from the manufacturer (TATA Motors), production schedules, and model variants.

  • Allocation Policy:Vehicle allocation follows a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method and is subject to Tata Motors' guidelines and allotment policies.


2. Pricing and Payments
  • Price Validity: All prices are ex-showroom prices and may be subject to change as per Tata Motors' policy without prior notice. Final price will be applicable as on the date of invoicing.

  • Inclusions/Exclusions: The price excludes RTO registration, insurance, accessories, extended warranty, and other applicable charges unless mentioned.

  • Payment Methods:Payments must be made via account payee cheque, RTGS/NEFT, UPI, or digital banking. Cash payments are accepted only within government-prescribed limits.

  • Non-Refundable ChargesRegistration and insurance charges, once paid and processed, are non-refundable under any circumstances.


3. Delivery and Documentation
  • Delivery Commitment: Delivery timeline is tentative and may change due to unforeseen delays in manufacturing, transport, or RTO formalities.

  • Required Documents: Customer must submit valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Address Proof, etc.) and complete all formalities including loan disbursal (if applicable) before delivery.

  • Force Majeure:Rudra Motors is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supplier delays, or regulatory holdups.


  • 4. Cancellation Policy
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

    • Booking cancellation must be made in writing.
    • Booking amount is refundable after deduction of ₹3,000/- as administrative charges.
    • Refunds (if any) are processed within 15–20 working days via bank transfer.

  • Dealer-Initiated Cancellation:Rudra Motors reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded without interest.


  • 5. Insurance and Registration
  • Third-Party Providers: Customers may opt for vehicle insurance either via Rudra Motors or any IRDAI-approved third-party provider.

  • Registration Process:

    Registration will be carried out with the RTO jurisdiction applicable to the customer’s address and subject to proper documentation.

  • 6. Loan / Finance
  • Finance Facility: Rudra Motors facilitates vehicle loans via authorized finance partners. Approval is solely at the discretion of the financing institution.

  • Loan Processing Fee:

    Any processing charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by the financer.

  • 7. Vehicle Warranty and Service
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Vehicles are covered under TATA Motors' standard warranty policy. For full details, refer to the warranty booklet provided during delivery.

  • Service Scheduling:

    Free and paid services must be availed as per schedule to maintain warranty coverage.
  • Claims: All warranty claims are subject to approval by TATA Motors.


  • 8. Accessories and Modifications
  • OEM Accessories: Only Tata Motors approved accessories are recommended. Installation of non-OEM parts may void warranty.

  • Modifications:

    Any vehicle modification done post-delivery is at the customer’s own risk and may affect insurance/warranty coverage.

  • 9. Test Drives and Demonstrations
  • Test drives are offered subject to availability and valid driving license verification

  • Rudra Motors reserves the right to refuse test drives without assigning any reason


  • 10. Dispute Resolution
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

  • Arbitration Clause: Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.


  • 11. General Terms
  • Customer Consent: By signing any purchase or booking document, the customer agrees to all terms mentioned herein.

  • Data Use: Customer data may be used for service reminders, promotions, and internal analysis in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • Policy Changes: Rudra Motors reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
